If you’ve Ever Wanted a DestinySurvival User’s Guide, Listen to the March 3 DestinySurvival Radio Program

For a while now, James Talmage Stevens has been telling me to do a DestinySurvival Radio show about what’s here at DestinySurvival.com. You may recall that James is also known as Doctor Prepper. He’s the author of Making the Best of Basics and head of the Preparedness Radio Network, where DestinySurvival Radio is heard.

So yesterday I spent the hour giving listeners a user’s guide for DestinySurvival.com. That’s because there are features you might not be aware of. Unfortunately, the link to the show no longer works, so I’ll summarize key highlights.

I spent the first few minutes talking about the origins of DestinySurvival back in late 2007. I also talked about the philosophy behind the site. You can see it on the About page.

In a nutshell, DestinySurvival.com is here to give you a wide variety of resources for preparedness and survival, whether you need something for emergencies or long term survival under adverse and chaotic circumstances. I try to mix in posts on products and services and a little on things in the world that affect preparedness for all of us. However, this isn’t a current events or political blog.

DestinySurvival.com isn’t meant to be merely a product catalog. There are over 850 posts here on a variety of topics.

A number of companies are featured because I want you to have options. If one company doesn’t have what you want, perhaps another one will. Your support of DestinySurvival sponsors keeps this site going. Some sponsors are here through an affiliate marketing arrangement, and some are paying for ad space. Either way, when you buy their products, it’s a vote for DestinySurvival.

There’s also a Links of Interest page where you can find links to dozens of products and services which DestinySurvival isn’t affiliated with. Those links are there as a public service to you.

On DestinySurvival Radio yesterday, you could say I gave the grand tour. I started by describing the items on the sidebar. Then I explained how to use the Prep Mart and other pages.

DestinySurvival.com is here for you. I want to be sure you have prepping and survival options that will work for you. Meanwhile, have a great day, and keep prepping.
