Prepare to Survive the Collapse–When, Not If…

A little over a year and a half ago I shared a post featuring Dmitry Orlov’s book Reinventing Collapse and asked how we would do at surviving a Soviet style collapse. Orlov was born in the Soviet Union, when there was still such a thing, and he sees stark parallels here in the U.S. to the collapse of the old USSR.

With our unfathomably huge national debt and military over reach, to name just two factors, America’s collapse is a matter of when, not if. Perhaps we’re experiencing it right now. What do you think?

The video below features an excellent interview with Orlov. A couple of messages stand out to me. One, get to know your neighbors. Two, don’t buy gold. What he says to do instead may come as a surprise, but it’s good advice.

Dmitry Orlov’s book Reinventing Collapse is this week’s DestinySurvival Pick, and you can order when you click on the book’s title wherever you see it linked in this post. Simply add it to your cart on the page where it’s featured.

Get a glimpse into what’s coming, and be prepared to think the unthinkable. Think survival now!
