No, the Space Brothers aren’t the latest rock band to make ten-year-old girls squeal.
UFO’s and space aliens are a popular topic. There seems to be a cycle of subjects that catch our interest, and they intensify each time they come around.
For a time there was an emphasis from Coast to Coast AM and even the Vatican to expect an official verification that aliens had landed or contacted us. This idea has gone beyond the sci fi movies and achieved a level of legitimacy.
For example, the pope’s astronomer once said he’d love to baptize an alien from outer space. And it was alleged the U.N. had even chosen an ambassador to meet with extra terrestrials.
Bryce Zabel and Richard M. Dolan have coauthored a book thoroughly discussing various scenarios. It’s entitled A.D.: After Disclosure.
But what does this have to do with survival and preparedness?
What if the next big event isn’t an earthquake, hurricane, terrorist attack or nuclear strike? What if officials in the U.S. and overseas told us space aliens have not only landed, but have been in our midst for some time now? What if we discovered alien beings have given us modern technology and shaped history?
How will people react? Will people celebrate the arrival of our Space Brothers? Will the news be met with fear? Anger? And what if the result is anarchy? Could we experience the declaration of martial law?
Will people submit to an authority they believe has superseded government as we’ve known it? Or will they stand united against forces perceived to be more threatening than terrorists are perceived to be now?
